A true surprise. The exterior, which is quite 60's non-descript (and
in fact, a bit ugly), hides a very pleasant surprise inside. The room
and bathroom were both very pleasant and clean, the staff (lots of
smiles, something quite rare these days) was very friendly and helpful,
the breakfast and breakfast room with panoramic views were very nice,

quality. All in all, an excellent choice for both seasoned and
unseasoned travelle -
A very pleasant surprise as I was expecting a slightly jaded hotel. However, our bedroom was very smart and the bathroom was fantastic - newly fitted. The location is brilliant - right in the centre of town. The breakfast was fantastic - plenty of choice and excellent quality. We ate both nights in their restaurant - seemed to be the busiest in town and obviously a favourite with the locals. I would recommend this hotel as the standard for the price paid was excellent.
