  The owner was extremely friendly and very keen to help out. She gave us loads of information on how to get into town and to the beach, which buses etc. We were heading to a wedding on the day of arrival and she did her best to ensure the room was ready for us asap.   The location was excellent, very quiet at night and just a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cagliari. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the addition of a restaurant serving a very good and reasonable buffet lunch was a bonus. Nice common area for a B&B like stay. Parking is available, although not onsite as posted on the website I booked through, it is street parking, but in a residential area with plenty of space.
