Its like staying in your very own mini hotel its a large flat divided into four rooms the owner Enrico meet us and helped us with what to do where to go good restaurants & Bologna in general.The room were very clean comfortable the showers are in the room with a separate bathroom. wi-fi worked well. Breakfast is good with 1 staff member there to help you. Its just a short walk from the train station when you come out the station turn left walk straight until you come to a cross road look ac.
所有评语 » We loved the fact that it was a BB next to the city centre. Although it is located in a busy road the rooms are very quiet. The bed was amazing , very comfortable. The design of the whole BB was very cool. In general it has a good vibe. Also breakfast was very nice. I liked the fact that everything was in order, carefully placed. Staff who is preparing the breakfast dedicates time. It was a very nice BB in the centre of town, next to the central station. You don't need any transportation to get. Tasteful design of rooms - made the most of small spaces. Being a Hotelier myself - I appreciated the small touches in the rooms. Funky minibar/shower design (in the room however did not get the room wet!) / good clean linen / quality bathroom amenities/ loved the toilet roll holder!. Room very clean - good housekeeping. - the design & cleanness of the room, the location (200 m from Bologna's Central Station and 10 minutes walking to city center), the enthusiast owners and their willingness to help us with suggestions. Perfect for a one-night stay that involves travelling by train. we really liked our stayat di bologna because of the superfriendly owners,the delicious breakfast,design of the hotel and the location, at 5min from station and in the centre, we really really recommend this hotel, it was lovely and we will return in september. Il bologna is very near to the station and on the edge of the old city. The owner is very helpful and provides a great breakfast His coffee is fantastic . Furnishing and decor is modern chic. I would recommend this b&b. Lovely atmosphere, efficient and stylish interior. Everything was immaculate and impeccable. Loved having a bathrobe and slippers to lounge around in after a very hot day in Bologna. Quirky and a little surprising. The location is right next to the station and a 6-10 minute walk to the center. Fantastic design, love love the bed and pillows! It was my second stay and I would go again for sure. chic well designed spacious rooms, clean, good breakfast, efficient staff, close to station, close to centre,good air con, handy minibar, hairdryer, good plumbing, reasonably priced. Perfect location. Good sense of design. Very very clean. t was a great suprise, the wine collection offered to customers, cold, at very good prices, and perfect glasses to delight. Very hospitable, clean rooms, well-designed, very cosy place, amazing breakfast, very friendly hosts, they are calling it "charme house" - and not a hotel! And that's true!!!. Modern room, good size, best croissants I have ever had for breakfast - super fresh! Location is only a couple of minutes walk to Bologna Central train station. A designer apartment with a nice view. The bed and pillows were fantastic. A quirky style apartment that will make your stay to Bologna extra special!. Very friendly staff, very clean, pretty good location. The host was very nice, excellent hints on restaurants. It is a small hôtel well maintained. Better than I expected, comfy beds, excellent breakfast, nicely decorated rooms. Perfect!. Fun design Location Wonderful breakfast Intimate setting. Grat location, clean rooms, very friendly staff. very nice hotel, clean , position etc.... Nice dercoration, nice reception. Staff, cleanliness, room design. Everything is perfect. the location is very near town center, 10 minutes walk away. There's a few Laundromats around the area as well. Breakfast was store-bought but more than sufficient and quite good as well. Room was big enough with a mini fridge which was welcomed, and a TV as well as various designer lights around the room. Wifi is very fast. Hard to find & is even wrong on google maps! They did charge my Credit card twice but as soon as i told Enrico he sorted it out for me.. Had a back facing room -very noisy! (trains). - basic breakfast, Italian style. Not suitable for longer stays due to lack of closets in the smaller rooms. thinking and thinking but didnt find any negativ points.... Ask questions about how the street entrance door key works. Difficult,t to find. Reception not manned so time of arrival had to be pre determined but we were late because it took us over an hour to find. There was a small problem with the shower, as it leaked water into the room, but we didn't mind that much. access was a bit tricky because staff not always on site but staff were very helpful. Nothing. Nope!. More information on the town and suggested restaurants would be helpful when you check in. Don't be shocked when you get to this old building and there is no sign that says Hotel. The main shopping area is a short stroll away. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to eat breakfast there, we had to leave really early. But the staff arranged for us to go get coffee and brioche at a near by cafe. Very difficult to find and you need to call ahead or let them know when you are coming as there is no lobby just a locked security door. We stood outside on the street for 45 mins waiting for them to arrive and show us to the room. Could find and English Channel on the tv. Hard to find. A picture of the whole building would help. None. The shower was not able to regulate temperature. A fee things were broken and should be fixed asap. Can be difficult, even for taxis, to find. Some shower issues but not really a problem. difficult to find the hotel, the shower although nice design - it is not practical - water is running out in the bedroom. How impossible it is to find!. The bathroom had no door on 1 side and only a hard plastic curtain on the other side which didn't totally prevent water from splashing out. We had to wipe dry the floor thoroughly after our showers. The room was very, very noisy. No double windows. No 2nd key for my partner. It is too expansive for it Its 4 bedroom flat not hotel.
