  Firstly the hospitality of the staff was very conformting in this amazing family hotel. They took all trouble to provide a vegetarian hot breakfast and guided us on travel trip in South Tyrol. The room was excellent with a scenic view of Merano city. Most importantly the owners of the hotel made us feel very at home and happy at all times.   Everything was very new and modern. We had a one bedroomed flat with full kitchen (no microwave), good shower (no bath) and a south/west facing balcony with table and two chairs and two sun loungers. - Friendliness and efficiency of staff, cleanliness, quality of the structure, accessories and furnishing. Excellent breakfast too.
