  Daniella is very friendly and will help you however she can. She doesn't speak much english, but we managed with spanish and italian. If you are travelling in car it is perfect since parking is free and pisa is only a 10 min drive away.   Very comfortable, clean and quiet facility located in the countryside yet so convenient for driving to Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio and Cinque Terre. The staff was very helpful in recommending local restaurants and attractions in the area.
