  Bedroom was beautiful Bathroom was excellent and everything refreshed twice daily Everywhere was very clean Hotel was very luxurious Excellent location Very helpful & friendly staff - Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff could not be more freindly or helpful. Recommendations were spot on. Loved it.

  The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. I will always remember the valentine's day... 别人怎么说 » special menu; it was super! - We were upgraded to a junior suite which was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful...5 star service. The location is also perfect. The shuttle worked like a charm. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was excellent.
