  All that really matters is excellent: location, pleasant and competent staff, facilities, cleanliness. Breakfast was very good, but it`s main selling point is the terrace in which it is served - on top of the rooftop above the Grand Cannal with the most magnificent view.   Bedroom was beautiful Bathroom was excellent and everything refreshed twice daily Everywhere was very clean Hotel was very luxurious Excellent location Very helpful & friendly staff - Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff could not be more freindly or helpful. Recommendations were spot on. Loved it.
