This is a very beautiful place to stay, peaceful yet less than 10 minutes walk from the Tower. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. The room (family sized) was awesome with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the walls of central Lucca. It's in a quiet neigborhood with small shops (pastry, laundry, and others) within a short walk. Breakfast was better than expected and again the owner is the perfect host.
