The hotel was extremely clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Great location only 2min taxi to the city centre. Beautiful hotel, ver clean and spacious, would definitely stay again. Proximity to Industrial Park. food. The actions of management in resolving a couple of problems. In any organisation things can go wrong - it's how they're put right that's important. Very comfortable and friendly.very clean and lovely bar. wifi, move tv channels, bigger menu in bar. Most staff very accomadating . . good value. staff very helpful chef even stayed late one night as we could not get back in time for dinner for 15 of us. entertainment at night in the hotel bar was suitable for mature couples.Noise of heating/airconditioning boiler outside room day and night. If you want to be in town then a little far out. But its worth it. Considering the alternatives!. reservation system wiyh credit card. Shower door not flush with bath.Water went everywhere! Sink tap leaking.Not enough air in room.Window barely opened.The bar staff were quite slow even though the bar was not very bussy. It was a little bit too warm couldn't sleep with the heat. Was made feel uncomfortable booking dinner for the restaurant by a staff member as we were not part of an inclusive package. When I booked on line I was charged 75 euro per night room rate to arrive down and find a sign outside offering rooms at 69 euro.Ther was an odour in the bathroom that seemed to eminate from the wash basin drain pipe. I mentioned this to the cleaner on the Saturday before the room was cleaned but it was still there when we left on Sunday. A trouser press.There were a couple of issues with the housekeeping but these were eventually resolved to our complete satisfaction. Dining room was a bit chilly and breakfast had been in the heated trays for too long.room was way too hot at night,didn't get much sleep. Badly stained mattress , rude breakfast check in lady .very noisy toilet cistern .The bedroom air was stale and there was evidence of hair on one of thepillows which I found a little disturbing as I was then wondering if thebed linen had been changed. the big glass windows in certain rooms with no nets and a full view of the car park if you was in your room you had to keep the main curtains drawn for any privacy which made the room very dark!. Lights in the bathroom did not work. Staff were not very helpful.
