Very friendly staff. Felt like home.Was born and reared in Tramore. Will return again. We found it convenient,clean, comfortable and nice and roomy for a group of four.Friendly staff. Relaxing.The advice from dining room staff in relation to food and wines was verygood and all very friendly. The breakfast was lovely it would easily set you up for the day its alsovery family friendly bar food is fantastic and not expensive.

After disappointed with the exterior of the hotel expecially from sea front, we were surprised with the interior, to find a real character hotel with a super atmosphere. We had a great view of Tramore from our clean and comfortable bedroom. The food was very good in terms of both quantity and quality. The staff was very friendly.The hotel was clean,very close to everything and had very friendly staff and good food. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. the view from the room over the seafront. I liked the old world atmosphere and the sea views were stunning. Goodmusic session at night.Good decent sized clean room. great sea view.staff was friendly, food was delicious, it was a nice weekend ;) Hotel is good situated close to the sea, city ... and we had nice view on the sea from our room ;). The view from the room was nice. The only redeeming feature of the hotel was its locality. Nothing it was overcrowded, the staff were very unhelpful. It ruinedour holiday.Residents bar shut early. Service could be a bit slow in the bar sometimes. Unfortunatly I did get a room with a view, just got to see the walls of the hotel. Computer for internet access was not available. Limited tv channels andno text service on tv. just the one problem was the toilet was blocked and when the person came to unblock it the filthy water came back up the bath as i was in it having a shower et the time made me very sick... We were only there one night, and it It was fine. We were a little surprised about the state of the exterior of the hotel, grey walls could do with a piant job to cheer it up!. For the price we paid and for a three star hotel, we couldn't fault it.the staff in duffys bar in the hotel were not very friendly and often left the bar unattennded for periods,leaving customers waiting up to ten minutes for a drink. Wiff of damp when you first walk into hotel. bar food. The sheets on the bed seemed to be as old as the hotel and could do withreplacing . The toilet roll was placed in such a position in thebathroom that one would want to be a contortionist to reach it.receptionest was not very friendly or helpful. Had to wait at an empty reception on a couple of occassions. bed in room not very comfortable and smell in room. Also large spot light shining in window until after 2am. waitress on duty the morning after the night we stayed was very rude. we didnt get our breakfast.she would not serve us. i would never stay there again.cot for a baby was not in a good condition ;( but anyway the hotel is worth of recommendation. We really liked it !!!. Choice of bar food and staff. Nothing it was overcrowded, the staff were very unhelpful. It ruinedour holiday.
