The host and staff were incredible. They went out of their way to make make sure our trip was all we hoped for. The host was a great resource for ways to navigate and see Dublin. When they learned that we were leaving very early the next morning, they packed up sandwiches and snacks for our trip.The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. The house is within walking distance to the sea and train station. You can't ask for a better host.
所有评语 » John was very helpful, recommended and booked a place to eat dinner. John also collected us from the boat on the night we arrived back, even tho' we weren't staying with him, which was very kind. Considering our boat was delayed by hours because of weather and he was busy with others booking in. Thanks John we'll definitely be back to stay on our next trip to Wales. St. Martin's B&B is very close to Rosslare ferry port yet in a quiet side road so not affected by the heavy traffic using the port. It is a large, modern house and the bedrooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the generous breakfasts are served efficiently for those catching an early ferry. The Manager and staff were welcoming. Customer service, was excellent. We asked for recommendations for restaurants in the area, not only were the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they also contacted the restaurant to make reservations on our behalf. The location was ideal, being very close to the Ferry terminal. Very friendly staff who provided for our needs. Near to Ferry and not far from Wexford for a trip the next day. Also close to SE corner of Ireland with its good restaurants and impressive coastline We had been there before in 2012 and found it very conveniently located and very helpful with information about Eire.. We were catching the early ferry to Wales and chose to try a B&B instead of the usual get up at 2.30am and drive across country to get the ferry. The hotel is right next to the ferry, the owner made us very welcome and we enjoyed our stay so much we are planning to stay again before our next trip to the UK. Very close to Rosslare ferry terminal so convenient for us. Lovely decor, clean and comfortable. The owner went the extra distance to ensure we had a good stay by arranging an early breakfast and even collecting us from the terminal when we couldn't get a taxi. Superb service. cleanliness, décor reminded me of London's very expensive hotels, everything straightforward from checking in to departure, well organised, Hotel proprietor went out of his way to put heating on when I was cold. The price was very reasonable, a bargain in fact. ideal for the ferry, no problem with early breakfast, staff courteous and friendly. This B&B is run efficiently and professionally, while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Secure off-road parking is great.Will stay again later this year. Good location to catch the early ferry to the UK. The host and the reception girl are very friendly, especially the host is ready to help you in all sides. I'm lucky to stay one night before back to England by ferry. I'd like to come again. Everything was good except the water power in the shower was very low. Free Wi-Fi is an absolute must these days. St Martins absolutely on the ball. Very comfortable - clean - fresh and warm bedding. It was freezing out side so were grateful for it. They have set their stall out at St Martins and deliver. It's the ideal place to stay before catching the early ferry. Friendly, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped. Everything. Arrived a little earlier than 4 pm had travelled down East coast to overnight for ferry next day, but was not allowed in. Thought we could have sat in visitors lounge for the 30 mins I am suffering from a debilitating illness and was very tired, we were told to walk for 30mins till 4pm , sad really as everything else tip top. There was nothing not to like. None. Only one tiny thing. The cups for tea were paper,although the owner did point out we could ask for "proper" cups,I personally think a tea tray with a pot and cups is preferable. Owner little bit over- bearing A little too much information about where to eat etc - after a 10 hour journey & Did not see him again after taking the payment ! Also when booking -Quoted for £ 54.00 - yet charged £57.00 - Is this normal ?. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. No kettle in room or guest lounge. Disposable cups&plastic mattress cover on bed-but understand reasons. A bit noisy and creaky floorboards. Breakfasts not very inspired.
