room size very clean food and drink and also the leisure suite great. unlimited acces and great choice for breakfast. Complimentary breakfast which was very good!. lovely room - good service nice shampoo etc - everything i needed there.Easy car parking. Relaxed atmosphere,great breakfast buffet,and evening dinning very good. Bar snack meal. There is a good selection on the bar snack menu which should suit most tastes.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location.Good sized rooms, very clean, good food. Hotel in good position if you have own transport. Friendly Welcome On Arrival. Wasn't pestered by staff either, just let you get on with it. Breakfast was good.Enjoyed leisure centre facilities, fiendly staff and food. We were there for a wedding and it was an excellent venue. vaey clean andwarm staff were kind and helpful. lovely room. breakfast was nice and plentiful.very good service. Nice large rooms. Room very good. Nice Hotel with good facilities although just a little to far out of the town, I probably would have been better staying in a hotel in the town centre as I spent alot on taxis.Leisure Centre. Also the food provided and the service at Xmas Party Night. Special Deals - one nights meal free when u book a weekend????. Location is convenient for the business I was attending to. I made a request for a fridge in our room for babies bottles and it was provided quickly, possibly because it was not at weekend and hotel was not full. The leisure centre had lovely kids pool and nice staff. The staff were friendly and helpfull!. location just off main road. Big room, Food.the food. The carpark?. On sat night there was no parking in the hotel car park . i really feel that a number of seats should have been reserved for residents as the spaces were occupied by non residents. no - will be booking with you again for my next meeting in the summer!. Wireless internet was a bit hard to get in my room, although on a previous stay it was fine. The noise in the holtel ... while my party were up very late .. although we were in Letterkenny town for most of it ... the noise does travel to the rooms on the main floor.More variety or varied menu at breakfast. Freezing cold water in the shower and a tiny bathroom.Couple of minor niggles. Lock on bathroom door was broken. A tile was loose along the bath. Other than those wee things not really. no nothing i have recomended your hotel to my family. didnt like the bathroom. it just had a shower and no bath. food(dinner and breakfast) wasnt the best. Service at breakfast very poor. The heat of the room was unbearable.room next to air con machinery. the staff were unfriendly and in particular the bar staff when i pay a price witch i would say to be a high price for a hotel i exspect the staff to treat me with a friendly aditude. Decor a little drab and worn. Carpets looked tired, particularly in corridors. Difficulty of getting parking. A lot of dust was evident both in the room and in public places .This is not a good indicator for the hotel . The rooms could do with being renovated and the hall ways to the bedrooms There was wall paper coming off and the decor is old fashioned. Restaurant was too impersonal if reccomending hotel I would reccomendthey eat out. Carvery lunch was quite poor on both days but bar food in evening was good. Leisure centre floor in changing rooms and around pool had very few rubber mats and therefore was lethally slippy. It is an accident waiting to happen and will probably cost the hotel dearly when it does. Mentioned it to staff in leisure centre and they said they asked management several times but nothing happened.I booked a twin room and got a double which was very small and theshower didnt work! There was a wedding and extremely noisey late in2 thenight. Guests not at wedding should have been put in different part ofthe hotel. service in bar vas not very good staff were not very attentive. Staff not very enthusiastic, smell coming from bathroom drains. beds very hard and small. On arrival the reception staff did not look me in the eye once. I felt Iwas interrupting their conversation when I approached the desk. When Iwas leaving, I was not asked how my stay was, nor was I thanked. Not toworry, I won't be staying there again! Bar was impossible to get servedin despite the best efforts of the 4 staff that were there, catering fora wedding party also. Poor management. the tiredness of the rooms, the mould around the bath, the poor shower, the poor bed, the noise of wedding guests going on to past 3.00am need I say more.
