The price was good and the location was reasonable with plenty of free parking. The guy was friendly and did his best to welcome us. Breakfast was reasonable (tea/coffee and toast) but for the price we paid for the room you can't really expect much more. There was a really good pizza place around the corner called "The Independent Pizza Company". The manager went out of his way to help myself and my 18 year old son. Nothing was a bother. He was really good with all of the guests, going by what I witnessed. I would definitely stay there again. My son is even planning on going with his friends to the same accomodation - he really liked the manager.

Free car parking and late check out. Continental breakfast included. Friendly helpful host. Nice facilities and breakfast was included though this was self serve. About a 15 minute walk to O'Connell St. Not to far away from town centre and bars etc. Not much. Staff were nice Clean kitchen Some bedrooms are nicer than others. Bas (owner/manager) tried to do what he could for us. Excellent location if going to Croke Park. Kitchen was clean. beds were comfortable. free parking. The front door lock was a bit fiddly. The advert said full Irish breakfast but it was just toast, orange juice and tea/coffee. We wouldn't have minded if it was a more continental breakfast, but it should have said it on the details. Ringing and double checking that could park car on match day which owner confirmed however couldn't park. No breakfast available even though paid for it. Very expensive for night €299 for 5. Tiny bathroom for five in room. Charged 3% extra for paying by credit card. Noisy on the night. Continental breakfast was tea/juice, cereal and toast only. No fruit or yogurt. Couldnt cater for dietary requirements. We got to the hotel and they didn't even know we were coming. Good job I had my booking reference letter with me. We were told to come back at 4pm as he needed to get our room ready! We arrived back at 4 pm and there wasn't anyone there. We were left standing in the rain for an hour before he turned up and then had to wait a further 45 minutes while he got our room ready. Breakfast was non existent. There were absolutely no towels in the room not even a hand towel. It was ridiculously overpriced. Not very clean Bathroom door broken Owner walked into room without knocking -creepy. price compared to value and quality lack of information regarding chck-out and breakfast. No towel in bathroom. No one appeared in morning to serve breakfast. Waited twenty mins. Had paid for four breakfasts. Terrible untidy and messy kitchen dining room. Rooms very dirty, cramped, no tv, no towels, smell of stale smoke, carpet unkept, outside front door adiscrace coveredwith weeds and dead plants, breadfast tea and toast only offered and only from 7am to 8am, owner not friendly towards clients, worst place ever stayed in, am going to report facility to appropriate board.
