Excellant and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable. They even had new glossy magazines to read which was brilliant. Lovely warm atmosphere in hotel. Would reccomend. Everything it was clean staff were friendly, all foreign, very friendly and helpful will be back. i love dublin cant wait to go back.the staff were really nice and there was no rush out of the room the day of depature.

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious. The big Foyer has left a well-tended and cosy impression. The location is very quiet. We were allowed to check out late (1300). As well on other days we could sleep long, without any disturb. Staff have given us good suggestions for our freetime like to visit Wicklow-Mountains. The hotel is located +/- 30 minutes from the centre (walking distance). This wis perfect for us because we like to discover a city just walking through different parts. We have choosen this hotel for that particular reason. It is a quiet area and hotel. The staff is very helpful and extremely polite.The room was very clean and comfortable, nice size room. over all its a very nice Hotel at a reasonable price. The hotel is within a short distance to the DART, and not very far from the Grafton St. area although taxi or bus service is advised unless one is an avid walker. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to this hotel. i stayed in the presidential suite for €169, the room was huge, marble floor, own bar, massive sitting, the bathroom was the best, had a massive 2 person bath.good location. helpful and friendly staff. The special offer deal of three nights for two.it was old fashioned different but nice. spacious junior suite at a good price. bar was beautiful and comfortable. the room was very nice.It was comfortable. location;. Tea making facilities in the bedroom would have been nice. evening meal wasn't great. Position of the bathroom light switch. It was further out of the city than advertisement said a few minutes from city centre - not able to walk, estimate walk would have taken 40 minutes - took a 10 minute bus ride.No room service. Faulty electrics application to light fittings. When we left in the morning was blocked in car park for 30mins by lorry. had to pay at the bar, for food and in the hotel as not the company. not enough hangers, so we used drawers. The breakfast was very expencive.The bar closed at the normal closing time and it was only then that we were informed that there was not a residents bar.I have never stayed in a hotel before that did not cater for residents after normal closing time.I think that this information should be given about the hotel on the web site. In our double room we only had one double towel which isn't ideal.It was no minibar, just an empty, and messy hole instead. Lack of room service. there was no room service and the jacuzzi pump didn't work. myself and a friend booked in for one night while attending event in RDS. The room cost 202 euro, room only. No breakfast included. Exorbitant price for one nights accommodation.no room service. no fridge in the room. Eating in the hotel is expensive. lack of room service. being next to the christmas fm. there was no residents bar. strange atmosphere in the bar; prices were higher than Herbert park hotel for a pint and glass of wine; overheard a complaint made to reception re faulty handle on bathroom door and tap wobbling in the bath- response from reception was that a complaint would be made to maintenance but it may not get seen to as this is a three year project and the hotel will be pulled down! - the American. It is a little old fashioned and needs a bit of upgrading but considering the price was great value for money.
