I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me. Loved it. Fabulous views and location, extremely clean and comfortable.The rooms are very well decorated and maintained and the leisure centreis well-run and presented. All of the staff were extremely friendly,courteous and polite. This is our 2nd time here and we probbaly wouldnot stay anywhere else in the future.
所有评语 » Went for 1 night with work friends, ended up staying in the hotel bar most of the night and was just as good as being in a bar in the city centre but much more comfortable and longer opening hours!. I was very impressed by this city centre hotel. Everything was presented to such a high standard, the staff extremely helpful and the restaurant was to die for.I couldnt fault anything! I would like to have had more time to enjoy the facilities more and make use of the spa and leisure centre but it wasnt possible. the positive and friendly attitude of the staff whose help was exemplary I would like to mention particulary Joseph on reception. He was amazing!. Friendly helpful staff who gave an excellent service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfast, relaxed atmosphere. My wife and I had a great time in the hotel, the room was well fitted and roomy and the staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were spacious and great entertainment in room. the food we got on room service was great. Very clean hotel. Staff were very freindly and the room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast and Evening meal just fantastic.It is a very nice hotel and very very relaxed with very frendily staff who makes the hotel what it is. Comfortable surroundings. central to everything. the room and the view. because we tend to eat out late in the evening, it was an excellent idea to have access to the area available to the executive suites for a continental breakfast and also the occasional coffee...also because you could use the facility anytime there was no 'manic' rush in the morning to be downstairs by 9 a m for a breakfast that was not required...we thought this made our holiday very laid back..we would use the hotel again if visiting Cork.hotel decor was excellent, the room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was fab! The leisure centre was gorgeous. Excellent choice for breakfast. Overall very enjoyable!. This is a stylish, comfortable hotel, with discreet service. It's centrally located, but our room was quiet and peaceful. There are excellent facilities.A little bit of confusion about the car park, getting in and out. Maybe if the system was explained on arrival, it might make it a bit easier. the staff left alot to be desired. We were gin falso directions and false train times.Quite a walk from town centre. No red wine in the room.Lots of hens/ bachelorette and stags / bachelor parties staying at the hotel !!. We did not feel the bar lunch that we had was of a high enough standard and did not represent value for money. No Iron In Room. Price of breakfast. The bar staff could not manage a smile and were very slow to serve,andthis was early saturday evening when it was quite. a little bit far for walking to the center town. Everything perfect. pool. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. view from room. sorry but the breakfast could have been better. There was absolutely nothing...first class, excellent service, pleasant staff.Would have liked a nicer view.
