  Room was very clean. The hotel had some noise in the past, but apparently, it is no longer a problem. Some visitors complained about the birds (on the web site), but I didn't think the birds were loud, rather, they made a good soft wake up call at 6am. I heard a rooster crow, but very faintly.   Nice central location, can walk to most of the local sights...Was a little difficult to find to start with, perhaps using the "Lane" name in the address as well would be helpful. Lovely and quiet but so close to restaurants, attractions and shopping.
