The best modern Hotel, we have ever stayed in. Where do you get a 9.6 Rating Hotel in the World. Service is amazing, when you get back to reception they tell you welcome home, and they mean it!! The food is good, but the service make it the best. Best room design, apple tv, fruits refilled almost everyday. Cookies box and ice box, refilled twice a day. In the afternoon they close the curtains for you, clean the room, put night cloth for you, and even have 2 bottles of waters, on each side of th.
所有评语 » What an amazing place to stay. We absolutely loved it! With long stem red roses awaiting us, a fresh night shirt placed on our bed each night, a stunningly beautiful location and great meals each night, what could you not like? Our stay included free afternoon tea each day, beautiful breakfasts and the icing on the cake was that we were given a complimentary four course dinner on our final night, with our own personalised menu. I'm not sure if this was because we stayed over a week, or if it wa. We loved everything about Rasa Sayang. The suites are so beautiful and large with very comfortable beds and huge bathroom. The staff are just amazing, nothing is too much trouble and the pool area with is just such a nice place to relax. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is excellent, step straight out and you are within walking distance to cafes, shopping etc. When you need a break, its back to the peace and quiet of this wonderful hotel. The spa is also very good. There is. The Monkey Forest rd location was excellent being so close to everything in Ubud. The staff were absolutely gorgeous and nothing was a bother. Their genuine interest in us and splendid service made our sty extra special. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea by the pool each day. Two of our group of four had treatments at the In house spa and it was amazing! $56 for nearly two hours! The Apple tv with a great choice of music and movies was also a bonus for a bit of down t. We made a last minute decision to spend three days in Bali and were absolutely delighted with Komaneka. The staff went overboard to welcome us, helped with complex travel issue and even remembered dining preferences. We ended up having dinner at hotel twice - food was very good and atmosphere sublime. Lovely pool, not at all crowded, and spa services excellent. Perfect location, in heart of Ubud but away from the any street noise. Now on our list of favorite hotels. I have stayed in countless luxury hotels, but never have i felt so at home! The staff is truly amazing, making everything and beyoond what you can expect to make you feel home, welcome, and to have a wonderful stay! Rooms are very nicely funrished and designed, spacious, spotless. The hotel places great attention to details, breakfast is delicious and plenty, served by the most helpful staff ever. Nothing - everything exceeded our expectations. Pillows where not as comfortable. a bit too big. Lizards. There is nothing not to like about this hotel. I would prefer the room doors to auto lock. Manual key is not very convenient. The hotel could benefit from a bar of some kind or communal seating area outside. Every thing was perfect!. Nothing. Hotel does not have much facilities for kids. The only minor criticism was the number of tiles coming loose from the bottom of the pool which is surprising given the property is only one year old. Everything else was fantastic. Nothing to mention about it. Absolutely nothing. Room was a little dark due to location, but also very private. Dim lighting in the room and especially the corridors can be dangerous. Expensive airport hotel transfer. Limited choice of drinks at spa. Nothing. Pillows a little too big/hard for me. Needed more light, especially bathroom, and more light switches. that there were no D.V.D. Libary or T.V. THAT YOU COULD PLAY d.v.d I did fill in a form about the hotel gave it to reception. I booked this Komaneka resort but letsbookhotel.com showed photos of a different Komaneka hotel which I wished to stay in, so I was not impressed with that. No negatives for the hotel, however. beds and pillows were very hard and made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. Nothing, loved it all.
