Helpful English speakimg staff. Excellent gym and nice pool. Great clean room, comfy bed. And cooking area in the room. Close to the airport & nice to recover and get ready for another leap into less developed regions. The staff is friendly and convenient for travelers to have good rest. Facilities is within the reach. The general atmosphere was very pleasant to expirience. Staff was very motivated and pleasant.

Good location Budget hotel. clean and comfort. simple n comfort. everything. everything. Comfort and clean, not to far from the airport, but not near. Food centre is at the underground, it is opposite to a university so it is quite cheap. I arrived there at 2:00 a.m. so just looking for the place to sleep which is not far from the airport. Hotel is Clean, can find food & groceries easily in surrounding area. Only 15 min from the airport, and 20 min to Surabaya city center. It is located in a university area. At the groundfloor are many shops and restaurants. There is also a pool with a couple of seats. The view from the 7th floor was excellent. The personel was very kind and helpfull. Near airport, easy to acess city center, foodstalls just go downstairs. I like the area with small shops and restaurants. Good view of city hotel, easy to get meal. The price & the location were great!. hotel is new and clean. Comfort zone. The food court closes a little early. To town is a distance and need to travel such a distance to the city. While checking out i received incorrect invoices with wrong dates and names. Not so close to the city center. Need more signboard in the location. location. none. a little bit far from city centre. Nothing near here, no shopping mall, no money changer and no any bus to the city. In the room this hotel is not provide complimentary water, no glass even the hotel provide hot water maker & coffee/tea/sugar. How to drink it? The check-in / out process need to improve, including need to print out the receipt upon check out. Only one bed by the pool. Boiler capacity is barely enough to shower two people. Located just around the mosque, so at 4am there was a terrible noise. Windows did not open, so we couldn't get rid of the unpleasant smell. The city doesn't have much to offer, fortunately it was only a transit for us. though not too far from Airport, bit difficult to meet people, because not so easy to reach from tolway and little space for cars/taxi to pick up guests. staff friendly, but when groups check in too little and not so professional. The hot water was not consisten maybe can use only 5 minutes, and to much bug, and also i can't use the wifi after all. The bathroom shower was not well-maintained - there was mold around the perimeter and the drain was so slow,that showering was a problem. location. No towel for gym and pool, long queue when check-in.
