  It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design.   The service was impeccable ! The staff are friendly well trained and groomed and anticipated your every need . The suites are large and comforable with great views of the ocean . It was 5 nights we won't forget ! - The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff. The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars. The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

  Highly recommanded Le Jardin Villa! I think I will go back there again. The service and facility are great. I spent a nice vacation there. Originally I was afraid of the mosquito problem, however, when I went there, I found it's just a OK problem and staff there did try their best to prepare all the mosquito repellants and checked 1-2 times a day.... 别人怎么说 » :) Otherwise everything is great! - With this being our first trip to Bali, we were pleasantly surprised. The villas were very private, huge open spaces and the pool just so very relaxing. We made use of the spa and massage facilities almost daily. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.
