The staff are so friendly.. They will know you very well since it's only 8 villas hotel.. The laundry service is great and very cheap The villa is specious and great to relax in after long day out Restaurants and shops are close by and the beach is about 5 min walk They arrange all my trips and tour.. I loved my experience and will recommend it to every one want to get a villa in bali. Beautifully appointed private villa's with own swimming pool, outdoor sun deck and rest area, with plenty of sun or shade. Staff went the extra mile every minute of our stay. Breakfast brought to the room by staff each morning. This place was super quiet and so relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone.
所有评语 » There were 8 private villa's at the seriryu but we felt like we were the only one's there! The staff treated us like we were royalty and we found the villa so comfortable and relaxing that we were happy to stay in and use the facilities. The breakfast was really nice, you got to choose from four different kinds for every motioning, the pool was cute that connected with bathroom, but a little small. *the pleasant smelling villa *the service orientated staff *the serenity of the place *the breakfast served at our very own villa *the amenities of the villa. The hotel staff are very friendly and the amenities are very good. The whole place is very "zen" and peaceful. I felt very comfortable there. Staff very friendly , amazing service fast and efficient , always ready for your questions !. We liked relaxing in the cabana . It had great air conditioning . Staff were lovely. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Location excellent and privacy excellent. A great quiet location within walking distance to shops & resturants. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, the location is convenient. Layout of the villas. The private pool. N/A. There really is nothing to put in this section. Quite difficult to find for the first time, and the Hotel facility was a bit old, toliet get stack when we first used. Beddings are a bit oldish, and some marks on it. overall was very good valuable hotel, in central Semiyak. *the bed mattress was a little warm to sleep in *the mosquitoes and lizards in the villa. The outsources spent mesure up , the spa the hotel deals with are a rip off and the laundry company should defently be changed. Internet connection was very bad, but they did rectify the problem. We understand its Japanese design but we didn't like to feel enclosed so much in Bali. Villas probably due for a makeover soon. A re-paint and update furnishings. Unable to make international calls back home to australia, however not sure if this is the fault of the hotel. For the money I would expect to receive much more. The villas should be better maintained and cleaner. Sheets&towels had stains. Bathroom was not clean. Despite the menu there was no variety of choice for breakfast. Beach club is actually one sun umbrella upon request on the beach in front of the restaurant nearby. Incompetent stuff.
