Our stay in Qunci Villas was absolutely fantastic. The service from every member of staff was faultless, they read your mind. As soon as you're firsty, someone is by your side with iced water or fresh fruit. The food was some of the best we have tasted in Indonesia, especially the Thai Experience. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel, good value for money & a beautiful view of the ocean.

The Chandi is quite small, with 17 private villas, resulting in staff that's on a first name basis with all the guests, delivering fantastic service. The hotel was beautiful, staff was very friendly. The food was amazing - they just have one dining option but it didn't bother us as every meal we had was delicious. Location was good to take tours to the surrounding country side. Its,a little outside from sengiggi city center which was,nice for us. It means you have tue amazing black sanded beach almost to yourself. I also had a spa treatment which was very good. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie.
