  I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price.   We liked everything else, bedorrm was nice and by the swimming pool, very stress releasing experience as far from the hussle of Denpasar - The hotel staff was very helpful, first time stayed at this hotel but felt like home....will come back again next time.

  came here 3rd time, quick check in-out, great bf and gym, rooms not new but absolutely comfortable, fully equipped mini market, we feel like coming home - Kindness of staff, and efficiency.   We stayed in a 2BR apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. The furniture and amenities were all in good and working condition. The location was ideal near to city centre with a minimart right beside the hotel and numerous Indonesian food stalls along the street by the hotel. The renovated rooms are designed with a very modern format and are quite adequate. The family rooms are very cost effective and can actuall... 别人怎么说 » y sleep four adults and one small child. - I booked 4 superior rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were all upgraded to the Royale Suite Floors. Not only that we were each given a suite at no extra charge. We were entitled to use the "restaurant" at the 14th Floor for our breakfast, light snacks and drinks served uo to 7pm. The suite is BIG and clean with all the complimentary tooth brushes etc.
