  We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone.   The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better.   Since we were traveling as a family we got 2 rooms, which were upgraded when we checked into the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were big and really comfortable.   Simply the best hotel we have ever stayed at! We arrived at 12:30pm - but check-in is at 2pm. They rushed our room ready for us - they then asked if we mind, that there was a door into the next room, although it was locked. We didn´t want that, so we got another room. Then they asked if they should pack a breakfast box for us - Amazing staff. We got there very early hoping we could store our luggage and go sightseeing although we were exhausted, and they got us an early check in room even without request. Hotel has simple and uplifting design, facilities are great and there is a wonderful roof top pool with great view. Breakfast is buffet style with a lots of choice and pretty tasty. They have a travel agency with whom we booked a trip to Borobudur with great service and fair price.
