  We loved Laguna and Gili T as a whole. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms are very well presented and although some people may think they look tired, we ha no complaints. Breakfasts were spot on considering that Gili T is such a tiny islan - Loved the friendly staff. Always happy to chat to us and help us out. The breakfast each morning was delicious! You could have whatever you wanted from the menu. The rooms cleaned daily and extremely spacious. Opposite the beach. Nice and quiet and away from the noise of the bars etc, being a small island it only takes you 10 minutes to get to everything and 5 minutes later you are out of it all again anyway.   The villa was located 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, still it was not in the middle of all the other tourist hotels. The villa is a stand alone place, perfect if you want to be able to get away from all the other burger-and-fries-tourists and party youngsters on the island.   It is a fantastic place for your stay at Gili T. The hotel is new, extremely clean, huge beautiful rooms, staff friendly and kind, good food. We enjoyed the location, just a few steps out from the mess, with a private beach and a private boat. There is also a nice pool to enjoy your relax.   As a 40+ solo traveller I enjoyed the comforts provided by Kaluku Bungalow including the king bed, air conditioning, and private outdoor shower and toilet which was beautifully designed with natural slate and stone. The views from the shore in front were very calming and relaxing. The Kaluku bungalows are not budget or backpacker accommodation for G - The bungalow is clean and nice. It is on the beach as all hotels on Gili island are. The shower and toilet are under the sky;) Breakfast is simple but nice. It's better to go to other places to swim and lay on the beach as there is no actually beach in front of the hotel and the sea is not deep enough. The island is perfect, it's like paradise!

  We loved our time here, the resort is right on the beach and right by the restaurants. Gili Air is far quieter than Gili T so this is no problem at all as everything winds down by 11. The pool is divine and snorkelling is on your doorstep. The accommodation was unique and we enjoyed the 2 story villa.   Perfect location. Hire bikes on site and 5 minute ride to the busy harbour area. Nice beach out front and good supply of beach deckchairs in dedicated Bale Sampan. Turtles every day out front.   Absolutely loved my stay. Perfect spot to stay if you want to snorkel and dive with the turtles. There is not one day out of the 5, that I did not see turtles - and this is the main reason I came. Although the restaurant on the beach has a fabulous bbq dinner, there are also many warrungs lit up like market fare a short walk away - loved them.
