The place is fairly new and is very comfortable. The staff are lovely and the lounge is beautifully & tastefully decorated. The hotel dining is pretty good if you decide to eat in and they have a pretty good lounge singer in the evening. Otherwise, you can try any of the seafood places which is a 5 minutes walk away. However, i find the stench of the land/sea during low-tide extremely off-putting. There is nothing much in the vicinity of the hotel - there is a mall but nothing much there. A.
所有评语 » I reserve deluxe room with this hotel by going directly to the hotel,surprisingly they say the room is full so i open letsbookhotel.com and manage to get one,which is a good thing. They said there were no more queen size bed,but only twin size bed.but they manage to provide me a room with queen size bed upon receiving the room key,the staff is polite and very helpful to serve you and handle your request. Is our first time to stay this hotel..very impressive the room is clean and value for money,very convienient nearby ferry station and seafood restaurant..definetely will stayed to stayed there for our short getaway..the doorman and bellman is very friendly never failed to give smile all times. I m very satisfied to have stayed in this hotel..My wife was given a bouquet and a birthday cake to celebrate her 39th b'day. A surprise arrangement to the hotel by me for my wife b'day. She expressed great appreciation to the staff services rendered. Facilities were new. Buffet on Saturday night was good. Location next to ferry terminal was a great advantage. Hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to shopping mall. The staff the maintenance crew Nd quick response to problems on room. Toilet bowl got choke up easily but very fast response in clearing. The location is very good . And the hotel is newly open . So . Very impressive . Staff are very friendly and helpful . The lobby was nice , shopping mall just around the back even shops was not totally opened. Liked the friendly staffs..the food..the fact that it is very near to the ferry terminal. I feel a warm welcoming by the hotel staff.. I would come back because of them.. The location - close to the cruise center and harbour bay seafood restarurant. Bed very comfortable and breakfast very nice. Clean.staff very friendly. Its fairly new. Having said that the place is fairly new, I noticed that there are already some areas (particularly the bathroom) that are already showing signs of wear & tear (probably due to moisture). The walls are pretty thin, I could hear my neighbours doing their thing *wink* every now and then. LOL. I checked in at around 4 pm,bit have to wait around 20-30 minutes for them to prepare the room,but comparing to what they did to customer,it is not a big deal to me.things like this could happen anywhere when it is too crowded. The front office lady does not gives a smile upon our check-in..we arrived at the hotel at 1.35pm but was told that the room is still not ready yet.she told us the room should be ready by 2pm or 2.30pm..so we left from there..at 4pm we came back to check- in but was shocked when another person said the room is still not ready..i was pissed off that point of time immediately in 5mins i was given the room key..hope this will not happen on our next visit.. Only one thing want to suggest . The hot water seems runout very fast ... Hehe ..... I don't like the security vetting arrangement. The Surau was not lighted during the night. The price for tidbits was too expensive compared to the quality. The breakfast space is so small..limited seats.not much variety on the breakfast buffet. Taxi fares from hotel a bit costly...I came from batam center to hotel in 60000 IDR while hotel was asking for 145000IDR.... Room 301 a grand deluxe comes wit no view. That is poor designing. Harbourbay mall don't have much shopping. Staff response Unable to request for late check out Aircon is warm. Sori to said ur coffee to light not like swiss bell in at nagoya. Breakfast menu is fairly palatable.can be improved on. Dinner buffet lacks varieties. My room toilet was choked and I have to call for staff to clear it at room 461. Took about 4 calls before I got thru the reception to get help. Why I rated Cleanliness as poor. I ordered a dish of Lamb Loin and it was served uncooked. Due to my rush in catching my ferry back to Singapore, I chose not to pursue it further. I hope this does not happen in future visits. Pool was still under construction - false advertising on their website! Not much within walking distance. Most of Harbour Bay site still under construction too. The breakfast was limited no much choices. In fact I didn't even had my breakfast that morning when I saw the setup. disliked the efficiency of the services. Room service food need to improve. End up we didn't finish the ordered food and buy instant noodle instead .. The toilet was not as good as it should be for a new hotel. I had another room for my parents and their toilet was chocked and leaking. No water to bath in the morning. Toilet wear down crack floor. There no hotel staff to show us to our room and carry our luggage upon check in. Hope the hotel can improve on it. Swimming pool not yet ready.air con. cannot control.Power trip once. The food quality is poor. I have tried the beef burger few times n each time the quality never the same. What kind of 4 star hotel got wrongly charges problem to my card account? The staff attitude is not good when i request them to check my problem. No information number for service in room... The aircon didn't work... I can not sleep well.
