Nice clean hotel in the cbd. Everything working. WiFi in the room and internet in the lounge. Staff were helpful, lost our booking but found us a room. Good location in a quiet street with resturants and shops close by. Window with a street view. Non smoking room comes with a penality if you smoke. Kettle and tea & coffee provided. The hotel looks new and is sparkling clean. Rate through letsbookhotel.com was better then just walking in. Rooms where clean well maintained and well supplied. Staff was excellent, helpful with everything. Spoke English well which was a great help... Breakfast was good with nice selection at the buffet. Breakfast came with room through letsbookhotel.com.

I can't see how you'd find a better hotel in Medan than this, for the price. excellent service, nice rooms, nice foods and value for money. very convenience to get a local foods. the room, friendly staff, clean room. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Free internet, Breakfast. Comfort and cleanliness. good value for money. Food and location. - The hotel is as what being shown on the net - the location is near to the railway station and pasar ikan - suitable for those who is on a shopping trip. I like the sitting areas at the front office though it is a bit small; as the hotel has high occupancy rate, sometimes it is overloaded, need to expand. Good Location and strategis for business, around at the hotel many chinese food special taste medan and open until midnight. Clean and cheap. Close to airport. Shuttle was efficient. Staff efficient on check out. near the night food market room is clean and big anything is ok not bad. the location is near the train station and near the food centers. Our stay at this hotel was nice. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, friendly staff,quick respond and easy vehicle. Price. Breakfast surprisingly good. varian food for breakfast. Its convenience location. Near good restaurant...especialy at selat panjang street... The breakfast and reception area is good. nothing in particular. The courtyard type layout lets noise from the ground floor travel to the floors above. (Minor issue). Location was not near a good choice of restaurants. Most of the shops where auto repair or distributors. Though you are within walking distance of some sites. Nothing. the location not strategic. Breakfast more towards the Indonesian traveller. Soap. Lack of windows in the rooms. rooms are rather dark. - Slightly far from the malls and eateries for muslims - the traffic during working days is havoc. 1. I do like the black tiles, especially in the room. The wall paint also peeling off. 2. surrounding streets are dirty 3. front entrance too small for incoming taxi or transports. 4. restaurant should look into hygiene; glasses are smelly, may be due to dirty n smelly wiping cloth. already told the waitress/waiter on duty about this on our first night there. Iam not comfort about air in the room, as not fresh air(humidity) . I thing from air conditioning dirty, so not clear air in the room. I have complained to service cleaning room. Wifi didn't work, slid forwards off the orange chairs in bar. Wine choice awful. Dinner took ages to arrive (tenderloin). the facilities such as towels and pillow sheets were not available when I was checking in. Need to call them twice before they sent them to my room and it was already nearly midnight. No hotel transportation. Dark flooring, eerie toilet, clogged drainage. Too busy. Long wait to check in at reception and chaotic. Food in evening poor. the room - the trash can not really clean. Toilet should have water stringer. the shower room is so dark, all the walls covered with black stones. The shower tile is not clean... Smell of the room being newly refurnished and paint... The rooms are very small, no proper dressing table and cupboard to hang cloths. Don't like the colour of the room. wall are black just make the place eerie. went for breakfast at 8.30a.m.nothing left. No sound proof in the room, always noise..
