  The staff were incredibly attentive, the facilities and pool bar were amazing and beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, clean and reasonably modern and the location is a short walk from cheap Kuta and classy Seminyak, right across the street from a great surf beach.   The service was simply excellent. Friendly staff whose smiles seem genuine and who bothered to remember your name. Most staff were great. The location is great, right on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but close enough to walk to both Kuta and Seminyak. The food is great, and the cocktails are delicious!   Stayed in family room for 3 nights with 3 young children. We were in the older part of the hotel (433) second level. Was a little dated but clean and lots of room!   Unforgettable!! We had the most amazing room with sea views. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located to discover the surrounding areas. We had breakfast in the hotel every morning and we were very impressed with the varietty on offer - from sushi to any kind of bread you can imagine!
