  When we arrived the superior room we booked was not availeble. With no prolems we got an upgrade to the deluxe room were we stayed for 12 days. Everybody is friendly in a true way. We were welcom. It was our first time in Bali and this place was an excellent choice. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The pool is great though the bar was rarely open. The food was good, but not much choice for breakfast. The tour operator was useful in guiding us through the many tour/diving/snorkeling options that they had. The prices are higher than other vendors around Legian but the service was good. They are quite flexible in terms of payment accepting both rupiah and dolla

  The very friendly staff, swim up pool bar, nice tidy clean rooms...have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and this has been the best stay with most of the renovations now being complete - The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is nice, location is quiet but not too far from anything.   Location is very good - and for a bust street, it was quiet inside the hotel. Suggestion - get a Deluxe Room, there is 3 of them, they are located up the back of the hotel complex and have another pool to themselves.   The staff at the Casa Padma were absolutely fantastic, the location was perfect for us and the price was a lot cheaper than the hotel next door where we originally planned to stay and Casa was just as nice. We had the superior room which was very big and right by the pool on the ground floor. It is about 500m from the beach (less than a 5 min walk) and on one of the main shopping and restaurant streets. We stayed in a superior suite and the room was very big and comfortable. It had air conditioning, which was a necessity in May, and a big comfy bed. The pool is nice, the breakfast was great and the staff are very friendly.
