The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite. No shopping area around there, need to get the taxi to town around 15 minutes. I book one bed room which there is a living room and kitchen that is nice. Nice view on the high floor.
