Fan room was clean basic, safe- box in room, nice poolside gardens, quiet location not close to loud nightclubs. Staff good, breakfast was excellent. Great value at 180.000 IDR.
I liked the fact that Ayu Lili is a small hotel, very central & quiet. Great value just needs more attention by staff in the bathroom. Have booked next May.

Bathrooms need more cleaning around handbasin & floor. Seems to be a shortage of towels, had to chase up every day. Didn't like 5 staff coming into the room at once to service room.
Due to the mistake of letsbookhotel.com, the hotel was not informed about my booking. So the check in took 2h, which is a waste of our valuable time and arger.
