All the reviews helped me choose this hotel when I was looking for a place to stay. The whole hotel is clean however I was impressed and pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. The linens and towels are white and clean; the bed is very comfortable, the staff are friendly and made an effort to speak to me; the balcony is good; though it is only 5 minutes from the airport it was very quiet (I was on the 3rd floor) in fact I did not hear one plane take off or land. 所有评语 » Competitive rate. New and Spacious room with clean interior and friendly and helpful staff. Paid the amount as per the online booking so was more than happy with what we got. Have recommended to friends when they visit Bali. Prefer stay there next time I visit Bali. Hope the rates remain competitive for budget travellers like myself. We stayed only few hours in the hotel because we had very early flight in the morning. How big surprise was this hotel for us. Staff were like in the 5 star hotel and they provided us very nice last night in Indonesia. They also took us to the airport in the morning and did it with smiles. The gentlemen at reception was nice. If you need a hotel close to the airport it's great!! It's great value for money, air conditioned. It was the grand opening during my stay and they invited me to join the lunch which looked beautiful!! Unfortunately I didn't have time. everything about this hotel was very great,room very clean and nice,all inside looks new,breakfast is good,rate also is good price and they staff are friendly and only very closed to airport.its nice for transit also for family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and dark ...good for sleeping after arriving on a late flight. The hotel was good value and is walking distance from the airport. Friendly, attentive staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. 5 minutes from the airport so a perfect location for an early/late flight. Added bonus of a hot shower and television. Proximity with the airport, people friendly, clean room and very good mattress and very quiet perfect after a long ride. Even the breakfast is good. For the price you pay you got a hotel. Staff, Location, Cleaness, Price. My booking was not reviewed and they were not aware of our coming. No airport transfer services so it costed us 70,000 rupiah to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel when it could have costed only 20,000 rupiah. I was concerned it would have been bad if all the rooms were occupied. Fortunately a room was available so we were able to checkin. Hope they provide airport transfers and also our bookings reach them in time for early feedback to avoid inconvenience. I was in a room near reception which was noisy, but I had ear plugs. The 2 girls on reception the following day weren't that friendly and I think this is because they couldn't understand English very well. As this is a hotel near the airport I think a lot of English speakers will stay. Also there was hair in the bathroom drain. Cleanliness if bathroom wasn't great. I'd stay again though, it was good for the money I paid. Nothing. Nothing really. Everything was good. No wi-fi in my room. Hidden in a narrow alley - most taxi drivers are unsure where it is! Ask to go to 'Anika spa'. No minibar in room, no wifi on 3rd floor.
