The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location far from noisy road and smoky beach restaurants, overlooking all Jimbaran area, lovely sunsets from the roof restaurant. Great facilities and service. Fantastic stylish two-level residence for so low price. We have been amazed of it. We initially upset that the hotel is located away from the beach but thanks to this circumstance we find unique beaches in the area of.
所有评语 » Very clean. New building and furniture. Nice and friendly staff. Very quiet. we stayed from 21-24 June 2013, R08, two bedroom. It was a very nice place, clean, and my girls were very happy to stay there. ceiling on the first foor was high, therefore the stairs to second fl was really high, not suitable for older people (lansia) and small kids (under 5 y-o). I think it was designed so that the second fl will have the view of Jimbaran hills and the city. Kitchenette was nice and clean but there were no kitchen utensils, we had to ask and were given 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 . Modern,room comfortable, clean,nice lighting & wide. scenery [204,205,207 & 208] Peace - away from roads / public. Hospitality workers the day. The room has balcony and kitchen/living area. Breakfast fun - eating while seeing the sights, If possible, tea / coffee placed on buffet table so much easier and faster. Super super helpful staff, when the traffic from hotel to airport is too bad, they drop me by motorcycle, and always try their best to help. Nice rooms with Western Standard and beautiful views. Not a good option if you don't have transport. Lots of mosquitoes in the room / lobby. Weak wi-fi signal. Can't catch the signal inside the room and had to lobby to get wifi signal is clear but the night staff is not friendly - tv & fan only to show, what's wrong if there are guests in the lobby - all the lights, tv and fan open for comfort / convenience for guests. Actually there is only 1 tv and only 1 fan in the lobby area. Very small swimming pool and not friendy child swimming pool. Tea bags / sugar should be available every day. Location is not convenient, far from everywhere, difficult for taxi driver to find. Staff hardly understood English. Even after three times asking for a coke waitress agreed that she will bring one but all I got was the bill. They add 2.5% for all credit card payments even the booking fee thru letsbookhotel.com even though they advertise with no extra charge for credit card payment. Deduct the amount from your credit card right after booking, not when arriving at the hotel. They add 21% tax and service fee for any other purchases.
