I booked Uday Kothi after looking at various forums . I had. family holiday with older couples and small children . Loved the property gave a feel how rich families in udaipur would have lived . Place has lovely pictures of royalty all over the walls .Very good breakfast at par or above some 5 stars hotels I have stayed . Really courteous and polite staff . Great housekeeping keeping in mind this not a 5 star . Rooftop pool great views and good food at the restaurant . Also the location gives .
所有评语 » Me and my wife we loved everything about this hotel and its rooms, nice beautiful building and a great roof top dining place with nice and clean swimming pool and a great view of lake Pichola and lights. nice garden and above all the hospitality of the waiters and the staff was mind blowing as they did everything out of the way to make sure the guest had a good time during the stay in this hotel. rooms are big and well decorated with nice bathrooms and lots of amenities . i would stay in the sa. Excellent hotel with huge rooms;fantastic location and friendly employee.we were overwhelmed with owners hospitality and the boat ride he provided us.......really worth staying..... Fabulous, comfortable rooms with excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful rooftop swimming pool with great views. Lovely pool on the roof top. Nice bedroom with typical deco. Very close to the city with shops and restaurants everywhere. The opulence and comfort. Nice property with period features and lots of character. Evening Decoration was good Staff is polite. Its in city centre. Had booked 3 lake facing rooms and one garden facing rooms . The lake view was obstructed so was a bit dissapointing . The garden view infact turn out the best . elevator is too small and food slightly over priced but just outside the hotel there is a nice place to have dinner with the view of Lake Pichola specially in night looks good. Lack of loungers and shade around the pool. Poor Wifi; impossible to use. Only 5 sunbeds at the pool. The shower in our room, although the manageress assured ys this would be fixed as we only mentioned it at check out. - Rooms other than Garden view (backside) are not nice for 5 star hotel rates -. Front desk is not helpful and not interested which is a shame. BUT good wait staff and housrkeeping. Some of the food items are slightly expensive. They need to put some more varieties in menu . Appalling bad and expensive food in the restaurant. Don't eat there. Foods and laundry are expensive and street to enter toward hotel is too narow so taxi and other does't want to go there. Food is costly and not tasty. Breakfast should be complimentary. Slow room service. Lift & Location. No hot water after we checked in! Food is not good here. I did not like The Manager No Hot water between 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM. Badly Maintained, impolite staff, costly food (the food was not worth it).
