The hotel is new and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and they care about the customers' comfort. The manager can help to manage train tickets, taxi, maps, however the package tours organized by hotel are inappropriate expensive with rates you can negotiate in town. I came alone to New Delhi to see around! First of all, the staff is very nice and very efficient! Anything I needed they were ready to help me.
