Staff friendly, efficient & helpful. Security on the door was a positive. Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

  We arrived at Shanti House at 11 in the evening. Despite being later than expected due to a delayed flight, several of the staff met us at the door. They offered us glasses of juice and garlands, as well as noting that room service would be happy to accommodate us. It is a lovely, spotlessly clean place and the staff go out of their way to make you welcome. The food is their rooftop restaurant was some of the best I had in India and anytime I return to Delhi I will always stay here.
