The location allowed us to walk to the Prince of Wales Museum, the Gateway to India and boats to Elephant Island, Victoria Station, Crawford Market, the High Court and the Univ of Mumbai. And it - We stayed only one night. Checked in at about 7 pm and checked out at 11 am. The room was clean and spacious. We were told it was overlooking the pool but actually it mainly overlooked the roof top of part of the hotel lobby. The Staff was friendly and courteous. Food at the Red Zen was okay. Breakfast spread was quite nice and the service was good. I would definitely recommend the Hotel to others.
