  Staff were very helpful in telling me how to get to various sights around city. Had IT guy come to my room when WiFi didn't work.   The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig - Quick check-in, friendly staff and service. Rooms are clean and livable though not luxurious but for the money in Churchgate area is excellent value. Will recommend friends. Because our flight was only on 1am in the morning, the staff offered a free locker for our luggage and gave us a room that night so we could take a quick shower and change clothes.
