Instayed in a just renovated room, which was very modern, clean, and comfortable. Very close to the Domestic airport, which was very convenient as I was simply staying over one night in transition from EU to Kerala. Friendly staff. Not a luxury hotel, but excellent for business or a relatively inexpensive comfortable stopover with very helpful and efficient staff. The room was good, spacious, clean. There were all toiletries that you otherwise get from a higher star hotel. It is much much better than the adjacent International Chain Hotel that I always stayed in. The breakfast spread although small was still tasty. The staff was courteous and always keen to assist.
所有评语 » Got room 15 minutes from international airprt for $50 that was great; very friendly and helpful staff, and good food right in hotel. Doesn't look like a palace from the outside, but feels like one inside. Very accomodating. This was perfect for our needs. We were meeting colleagues at a conference at the hotel next door so we just walked over. Breakfast was ok & the room was very modern & clean. 1. location very comfortable for our business purpose 2. Coordial and helpful staff 3. Neat n clean 4. good breakfast 5. food quality acceptable 6. housekeeping facilities good. Customer Friendliness/Politeness; close proximity to the airport; great rooms and facilities - value for money overall, will definitely come back here if visiting Mumbai!! :). Really good value for money hotel when compared to other hotels in Mumbai. The restaurants too were good and affordable. The bawa team helped us in everything. The airport pickup service was nice, car was spacious for family and luggage. Room was comfortable for 1 night stay. Breakfast was sumptuous and excellent. The location, cleanliness , amenities, comfort & politeness of staff was excellent. Would like to stay again with them during my next visit. Good breakfast. Complementary hotel transfer was a bonus. The entrance and reception area needs a complete makeover, very similar to what they have done with the rooms. The restaurant and coffee shop is badly in need of some fresh designs. It looks depressing. Rooms were a little small, but ok. The Reception was a bit busy, so not the usual attention, but ok. Their breakfast was a bit odd to us, but sufficient. Nothing. The rooms were pretty old though well maintained. The hotel seemed to be undergoing a renovation. They showed us a very modern and beautiful room, but we did not want to pay higher rate. Nothing negative, just a suggestion : They should bring the car to airport pickup point instead of taking passengers to parking area with their luggage. Messages from letsbookhotel.com had not reached them (eg to arrange extra bed in room) , but hotel staff was prompt enough to arrange that in 30mins. Dinner which I took did not have much variety for vegetarians. As sometimes happens when making bookings I changed a search and used the wrong date, but even though I advised the hotel immediately they refused to change the date and charged my card. letsbookhotel.com did not get any further ahead. The drive there No parking. the room didnt smell very good and had moist walls. The AC control was very minimal and even low was too cold for a rainy day. neighbors door when closed , make a loud noise .don't take room no 215 for this . Furniture is Old. there should be more personal touch. ie enquire whether he/she is comfortable etc. it matters. Nothing as much. Smoking smell in other area. Food is very expensive, i don't mind paying the price but the quantity is very less. all was good. Bathroom was dingy Walls of room were dirty. it was not mentioned that few rooms are old. Daily use articals provided only on demand. the noise from building work in the hotel. having to wait for the room over well over an hour. It was not value for money. Stayed in a dingy room, with wet walls..dripping aiconditioners were dripping. They gave me the worst room ever. At midnyt..the technical guys had to come to sort out the aircons and clean the floors. Very poor service. The staff does not care about the customer The food at the restaurant is Pedestrian. First room 103 reaked of smoke - terrible! Immediately moved to 110 - better. Horabal Frant office staff . no value for clint. not at all the right place to stay with family... The staff is not friendly. Construction work is. Going on always till night. And night when you go to bed your hear very loud noise of the servants speaking with each other. No hygene maintained in bathroom and toilets. Not a great food at breakfast. All in all not a value for money proposition. Wasn't expecting plasters coming out of walls and a bathtub that looks like with a dead body inside for a room that costs $120 plus tax! No wonder we changed the hotel asap and I stayed without shower :s Toilets didn't have handshower, and had a mug and a balti (bucket) like the 80s!!! Overall Bawa International was a horrible experience. Avoid. Food Cost Small rooms. They carried out renovation works and the whole day was noisy, I think I have been cheated by letsbookhotel.com. It is Old hotel, Water leakage in bathroom, towels are old, not cleaned and over all rating is poor.
