  All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. The staff checked and said it was to do with Luxury Tax. My booking did include 18.5% tax. Reply please Not happy !!
