  This has all the elements of a great boutique hotel. Housed in a colonial-era building; right balance of antique furniture with modern amenities and fittings; personalised service, including down to the specific kind of Indian Chinese food recommendation I was looking for; great accessibility to the airport, parks, historical sites, restaurants of... 别人怎么说 » all kinds. The hotel's driving force are the two brothers who own the place, young Calcuttans who studied and lived in the West and are now back home - Staff were exceptionally helpful as I was sick they allowed me to use a room until 8pm when we should have checked out by 2pm. The dinner was excellent, they even provided complimentary local sweets from the region. Upon leaving they gave us a really sweet gift which was a lovely touch. I would recommend this hotel. Location was great, very central.
