  After being in India by myself (single woman). Someone (the 2 staff at the front desk) genuinely fun and kind was refreshing. I also had some trouble in the middle of the night and the guy at the desk (that did exceptionally a 24 hours shift that day), woke up and helped me by providing me internet, phone, scan, and an ear to listen to me cry an... 别人怎么说 » d complain. He didn't help me like a guy at the desk office would, but like a friend. - Friendly helpful and funny. Will go that extra mile to make your stay better. A great bunch of people. The Keralan food cooked on site is amazing and free bike hire is a big plus.
