The room on the first level was nice. Although the entire place is under construction (understandable due to the end of monsoon) and the initial problem with the air conditioning, I would like to highlight: 1st, the location (next to the beach); 2nd, comfortable room with minibar , tea and coffee maker, 2 new bottles of water every day; 3rd, a nice swimming pool; 4th, the nice breakfast with local dishes available. A place to be Goa, I guess.

  It is the team that really makes all the difference. Edouard, Prashand, Prasad, Cynthia, Judas, Mithoun (and the others who I couldn't get the names) are all very very welcoming and attentive. Made us feel at home, among family. We've stayed in the Crossandra Junior Suite which was very nice. We were given a great upgrade on the room free of charge, and that was amazing news after delayed flights and arriving there so late at night.
