  It is the team that really makes all the difference. Edouard, Prashand, Prasad, Cynthia, Judas, Mithoun (and the others who I couldn't get the names) are all very very welcoming and attentive. Made us feel at home, among family. We've stayed in the Crossandra Junior Suite which was very nice. We won't consider any other option if and when we return to Goa. - The staff were fantastic. This is a truly friendly place where the owner is on site all the time. It was peaceful within a beautiful setting. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding, better than any 5 star hotel. The feeling was of safety and care.

  Great service- most staff members spoke English and were so friendly and helpful! We were given a great upgrade on the room free of charge, and that was amazing news after delayed flights and arriving there so late at night. Our room was the best at the resort, and we were so comfortable for our 4 nights. But walk like half a km and you are right in the middle of all the happening places with lots of restaurants, shops etc. Also pretty close to Calangute, Baga beach.
