The Staff was really very kind to me and helped me in any situation . I had big problems with an other Hotel in Bangalore "The Lemon Tree" : wich unfairly canceled my reservation at the last second upon my arrival , just for renting my room to a bigger Airline's Crew Group; and because "The Lemon Tree hotel" caused me so much troubles and moreover kept me waiting and wasting a lot of hours till late night, i finally found vacancy and arrived at Spring Hotel during the night and without a reserv.
所有评语 » The hotel is a new/modern construction.it has an international look.it is clean,and the staff is very helpfull.the rooms are very good as far as amenities and comfort is concerned.food is good.there is a very good and a relaxing bar at the top floor.But the best part i liked was ,it is located at the heart of the city. so going around to places of interest is less time consuming and less expensive.overall my stay was very good. and would definetely recommend this hotel to any visitors to bangal. Well, almost everything. One of my best hotel experiences. 1. Excellent architecture, plenty of light, clean, space... 2. Fantastic staff. Very friendly, goes extra miles for the guests. Real asset for the hotel! 3. Great food. Chef Khan is real value. Fine rooftop restaurant. 4. Great price too! Real bargain for a fantastic stay. Never felt so good about any hotels so far. Highly recommended. Best hotel we ve been to in India. Clean, quiet, lots of services and very nice rooms. For a very affordable price! (2600 rs) of course there are cheaper places if you travel on a shoe string, but if you want to please your girlfriend this place will do it!. Hotel room was very clean, spacious n comfortable. The staff at the restaurant were especially polite and courteous. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is quite new, fresh white minimalist style which is very comfortable. Room was large, clean and ideal. Room were awesome & clean. Service was good. the choice of dishes. Excellent restaurent, i think its hard to find out such restaurents in bangalore city. Special thanks for the fantastic break fast which keep us energetic for though out the day. Design and comfort. Very friendly staff. Very peaceful. wifi is OK. room is ok, above the average level. Over all good service n facilities. I Basically liked everything of "The Springs Spa" Hotel in Bangalore; i would just suggest to add some female touch : joining more Female Staff and some pretty Decorations to the environments, such as flowers and plants in the Lobby, Restaurant and Terrace , to make the modern design a bit warmer . personally, nothing much to describe. Nothing in particular, except for the location, very croweded area of the city. That's all. All is forgiven once you enter the lobby though!. The lifts button is hard to push... The wifi internet connection was slow. Although it's a but remote from the new centre of town, it's only a short inexpensive auto ride and given it's style and comfort, I'd stay again. Ac got problem at first day of stay...but overall great service. broken down lift. location is bad, a slum near to hotel. one way roads making difficult for the taxi to reach at hotel. Management urgently recurit some prfessional front office staff at front desk. The restaurant is poor. Very less options and not well trained staff at the restaurant. They are friendly but cannot describe the food contents. The worst location. too difficult for find the location, and the receiption No. has some problem, on the way from aioport to the hotel, I called at least 10 times, but only 2or 3 times, the receiption pick up the phone. AC got problem @ 1st night of check-in Bit upset with this issue.
