Great location, literally across the street from the old harbor and 5 minute walk from downtown. Super friendly staff are very welcoming. The apartment is basic with a kitchenette that has a fridge and a stovetop with a couple of burners. There are a couple of convenience stores in the next block for basic shopping needs. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and fresh towels were provided every couple of days.
