The travel cot supplied for our 17 month old was great and really comfy for him, the staff were really helpful when we were there but also leading up to our trip with help organising our airport shuttle and other taxis we needed. the apartments were excellent and very clean and tidy. The apartments are in a great central location with most sights within easy walking distance even with a small child, or if you didn't fancy too much walking the hop on hop off buses were a 5 min walk away.
所有评语 » The staff at k9 were very friendly and helpful. The staff were happy to locate and lend items to me that I forgot to bring. Good location for exploring and for bars in the evening. The rooms are great value, having a cooker and a fridge and a coffee maker en suite meant we could buy fresh and cook ourselves. Finally, the beds were fine. Comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and although the hotel was on the main drag, the shutters and blinds knocked out (most of) the noise. Location, cleanliness, facilities were great. There were everything we needed (even bottle-screw, salt). From K9 location we could get easily everywhere in the city, to go for a walk to Andrássy Avenue, or to Váci street - the most famous streets of central Budapest, 5 minutes to Deák Ferenc tér metro station. Room was so clean like just after repair. Great recommendations how to get somewhere, where to have dinner. Very enjoyed food and atmosphere in Bali cafe. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I love the design of the rooms which includes a kitchenette..very stylish and welcoming. The location is PERFECT for taking in the city as walker or for riding the subway/trams. Very convenient to the the main train station. Would definitely consider this a base for future trips to budapest. I loved everything! Room was very spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. We had a fully equipped kitchen. Big bathroom, great shower. Heating was great. Safe parking spot. Kind, attentive and friendly staff. They speak English very well. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Vaci street, close to Deák Ferenc tér. I'll definitely come back here. Laura in reception was amazing! She helped us so much with directions, activities, choosing restaurants, etc. She really went "above and beyond" what is typically required of reception staff. Hotel was centrally located to everything - we were able to walk almost everywhere. It was great having a kitchen to store snacks, make breakfast etc. Great hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect and you can walk to nearly all the attractions from here and it is a few steps from a metro stop. The appartment was clean and plenty of space for the 4 of us. I would definately recommend this for anyone staying in Budapest. Everything was great. We arrived very early in the morning and were greeted by friendly staff. They are great, all of them know English and some of them Romanian as well. Supermarkets are close by and the staff will also help you book tours and everything else you might need. If you do visit Budapest, this is the place to stay. Staff was great and so very helpful. We arrived 2 hours before checking in but they got our our rooms ready. booked all our tours and helped us with our many questions with much patience. rooms were clean comfortable. location is so convenient and walking distance to metro and many cafes. would definitely recommend to others. the location is really great. near to hotel,there is metro, tram, bus and supermarket. the room was big enough, new renovated, modern and silent. if I come to bupadest again, ı will definitely stay at this hotel again. price/performance is great. only le meridien and astoria hotels has a better location except this hotel. We loved Budapest and this hotel was located within easy walking distance to subways and attractions. Breakfast was not included but given that the hotel was in the heart of a major city we thought the value was excellent. We took the Metro and had a short walk to the hotel. The residence is very well located , near the tram and the subway and not far away from several main monuments of Budapest.A lot of shops , restaurants and supermarkets are around. The apartment was clean,air conditioned and the staff was very, very nice and helpful.Private parking for the car was available. This is an apartment near the central square. It has two bedrooms with a living room/kitchen and bathroom. Largest space we have stayed our entire trip of eighteen days. There is a small market next door and easy access to all attractions. There is laundry service for a reasonable fee. We thought our K9 apartment was great value for money. It was a no frills place which was freshly painted and very clean. It was in a handy location, set back a few blocks from the expensive Danube river hotels. I would especially recommend it to young budget conscious travellers. K9 residence is the best location for those who want to visit Budapest. It is in the city centre, very easy to find and in the same street there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We had a great time in k9,great location and a lot of things to do near by and there is a trum and a metro station just across the street. But most of all the stuff is really helpfull and friendly, they are always happy to help you in everything you need! (Especially laura). Location and very friendly staff. Great apartments!. would have liked a broom or dustpan and brush supplied in the room as we had a small child and lots of bits of food got dropped and we had no way to clear it up and they got picked up on our feet and ended up in the bed. also there is minimal cooking utensils which made us eat out a lot and there was not a wide range of childrens meals avaliable in the restaurants some didn't do childrens meals at all. Not I didn't like, but for enhancement -> 1) In case, if I stay for 2-3 days, I need tea, sugar, coffee. And to by it just for some days is hard, because sugar is in packs 1 kg, and tea with 20 pieces. In room there were only tea, sugar, 3in1coffee for one day. It would be better to have ground coffee, not instant coffee 3in1. 2) If I would stay for longer time, it would be better to have washing machine in room. Maybe I just don't know and in some other rooms there is. there is a bit of a "street noise" factor, but can be overcome--windows close and a/c muffle it. No breakfast, but LOTS of eateries nearby...and the kitchenette makes it possible prepare coffee and eats. Rooms were a little noisy, but location outweighed the "street noise." We found this true of most European hotels - soundproofing between rooms was not as good as in the states. Nothing to dislike at K9 - Budapest. the blond man t the reception was not polite sometimes. The building is located on a very noisy avenue. That's the price to pay for this good situated location. Show has little problem with leaking outside of the door. Laura cleaned it up immediately and it was worked on the next day while we were out. Could do with a little larger table to eat off. A set of mugs would have been better than the small tea cups supplied. Because of the central location there was a lot of traffic noise. Nothing!. Could be a little noisy if on lower front apartment of the building. No breakfast option but the great location easily deals with that with many options on the door step. -noise from the road in the city (but, we knew that earlyer). everything was great. Some street noise, but it didn't seem to bother us with the windows closed. Its a little bit noisy if open window. nothing,nothing,and I meant nothing !. We have booked the room for 5 persons, but the sofa bed wasn't ready for us. Also sometimes the noise from the street by night. This is an apartment style facility rather than a conventional hotel. There is no restaurant but each room has a small kitchen and there are good restaurants nearby. The room felt a bit like a college dorm room and the bed had a basic hard mattress. The bathroom didn't have a soap dish and a toothbrush holder and the liquid soap container was broken. don't remember. Mattress is too soft esp for heavier persons. TV is too small and very limited Channels in English. Nothing to dislike. Only one thing - noise from the street. nothingggggggggg. Somebody would complain on the street traffic noise. The mattresses were not super comfortable, plus it is on a major avenue so there is some traffic noise especially from ambulances, firefighters and police. That there were no telephones in da room. Nothing!.
