We spent four nights here and from being picked up from the Airport by Ferenc himself, to arriving back at the airport to come home, our stay was totally stress free from start to finish. The apartments are in a very nice area within a 15 minute walk of the Danube if you like to walk. Failing that there's a Metro station less than five minutes away and Trams go from the same point too and run 24-7. The rooms in the apartment were completely spotless and equipped with everything you need even if.
所有评语 » Superior apartment with entrance to the private roof terrace from living- and bedroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It gives a relaxing and private stay at the residential building. Good free wifi, good tableware, large sofa, table and chairs at the terrace, air conditioning, non smoking apartment. Corvin Setany square and shopping center are modern; you have all shops, currency exchange with better rates (small commission) and some restaurants at your footstep. Location is good, just . We were met in a really friendly manner by English speakers, and also had a very nice chat on our departure. We were shown to our apartment on arrival, and given map and city information. The apartment appeared almost new, and well furnished and equipped. Two minutes from the modern Corvin centre, and ten minutes from a tram that will take you into and around the city. (Note if you are over 65 this is free, if you carry a passport type identification). The underground garage was free and conven. A great apartment. Large and very comfortable and suitable for both short and long term stay. Comprises large bedroom with large double bed, bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and toilet and clothes washing machine, another toilet room, lounge/kitchenette/dining room. Very well equipped kitchen. Two balconies with outdoor furniture. Air conditioning. Basement secure carpark, lift. Large shopping Complex opposite with large supermarket in basement. Metro about 5 minute walk thru Shopping. We had a very pleasant five day stay in Budapest. Agnes gave us a very walm welcome and took her time to show us the apartment and tell us something about the city and the neighborhood. The whole building is pretty new and modern. The apartment was very clean and has our taste of furniture, so we felt right at home. Free parking in the garage underneath the apartment building. We saw security walking around a couple of times and it gave us a good feeling to know our car was safe. Very close to . First of all, Ferenc will be your friend in Budapest. Such a kindly person, gave us all attention and very good tips about the city. Now the apartment: the localisation is amazing, near a shopping mall for everything you need, from money exchange till groceries. Near also a train station and metro station. But for a matter of fact, the localisation is really so good that we didn't not even use public transportation, just walking all the city. The apartment is cozy, clean, very well equipped, go. Perfect location! 1 minute from the underground station. Perfect owner with meets and greets you and speaks exceptionally good English. Very lovely apartment - clean, big enough for 2 people, having nice design and facilities in a brand new building, fully equipped. A supermarket on a ground floor of a shopping mall just a few steps out of the entrance. The owner, Ferenc, could pick you up from the airport and bring back on request. All view attractions near. 2 stops by tram to the Danube and Gellert thermal baths, a little more space to Octogon (Oktogon tér) and then Opera or Szechenyi thermal baths. First of all, the apartment is very new and has everything one needs, dishwasher, washing machine, all the kitchen stuff, etc. Second, the location is very good. Just a few minutes walk to the tram and metro stations. It is also only around 15 minutes walk to the city center. Most importantly, Ferenc is a great host. Very friendly, polite and helpful person. When we needed some help, he immediately called us back and took care of our problem. If we go back to Budapest again, for sure we will st. What a great start to our trip. Ferenc met us at the airport and took us directly to the apartment. Situated on Pest side, only minutes from the tram and metro,with supermarket and shops nearby. The apartment ,is clean, modern and spacious, complete with washing machine, and fully functional kitchen. Plenty of restaurants and small bars nearby. This place gets 10 out of ten, would definitely recommend. Ferenc gave us heaps of good tips, where to go and what to lookout for - could not wish for a. It was an adorable apartment right next to the Corvin Plaza, a new mall with a supermarket in the lower level. It was a short walk to the Metro that takes you into the city center, a tram stop is also nearby, and really, the city center is just a 20-30 minute walk away. Great location, super clean, Wi-Fi works perfectly (two devices at once), and they have a TV that works. The bed and couch were comfortable, and there is a washer in the bathroom. Great place, I would totally stay here again!. Location was very good , really easy to get around with all facilities (food , shopping , underground , restaraunts wtc all on the doorstep). Highly recommend . Everything...Privately run apartment was very spacious and very close to the metro. Washer was available in the apartment which was a great convenience since we've been living hotel to hotel for the past 3 weeks. Supermarket is right across the street in the basement of the mall. Kitchen has all the basics for a small meal but we only cooked breakfast because the restaurant across the square in the corner was excellent. Free private parking in the underground garage was a plus. Few minutes to Metro station and tram station (line 4 & 6). Friendly owner and close to shopping complex with a large size of supermarket in the basement and open as early as 7am. 2 ATM machines available in the shopping complex. The apartment also provide a good speed of internet wifi and several English channels (BBC; CNN; etc) available from a good size TV. Perfectly located in a beautiful modern compound offering virtually anything (a mall, restaurants, shops and even a theater), within a 5-minute walk from a subway station and a tram stop. City Apartments was a new apartment in a great location, next to a new shopping mall and train station. The apartment was very very clean, brand new furniture and appliances. Few good restaurants within walking distance, although many snack/takeaways. Air conditioning apparently is pipes above ceiling with cold water. Apartment certainly cooled during high 30 degrees days but apartment becomes very humid so owner provides a pedestal fan and this makes the apartment very comfortable. None. None to complain about. Can't think of anything... Everything was excellent, would definitely stay there again if going back to Budapest. The apartment also close to cinema, however all movies are translated to local language. We were there in very hot weather - missed air conditioning fans were however provided and cost of apartment reflected the level of facilities You do have to be willing to travel by to visit Budapest sights - not many in walking distance but public transport is cheap and plentiful. Room decor is basic and simple. The towels are coarse and not too comfortable, but no big deal. We had absolutely no issue. Nothing. The only hard part of finding the place - would have helped to know which Metro station or a map. But once we found it and connected with the owner everything worked out great. Nothing !!!. there is no negative rating. Need to take the metro to get to town. No complaints.
