  The service of Gombás Kúria Mension was very good. There were not many guests in the hotel when I was there, but the service (breakfast, room) was still perfect. Where do you find a hotelowner who cleans you carwindow before driving off? - Absolutely lovely building. Beautifully decorated.   The hotel was absolutely perfect for the money we spent. We loved the location near the lake and the swimming pool with the spa. Breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was just fantastic.   first class service and accommodation.I have stayed in hotels 46 weeks each year for 30 years and this hotel was exceptional value for money, most helpful staff, very high standard of decor and one of the best small hotels I have experienced. - Nice and clean rooms.   We really liked the apartment. It is well located - only some minutes from the beach, ferry terminal, promenade, train station, shops etc. Rooms were clean and quiet. It is a pain to park our car in the city. However the apartment has a garden were we were able to leave our car. The staff is friendly, helpful and able to communicate well. Rooms are small but fair. The area is very quiet and the terrace is spacious, great for relaxing and with a fantastic view of Lake Balaton. The owner, Gabor, is friendly and helpful and this was a good place to stay for stopping over as we toured the Balaton Lake region.

  We stayed only one night in an apartment with two teenagers. It has perfect location, close to the promenade and very quiet at the same time. We saw a good few couples with small babies at breakfast, it is ideal for young families. It is easy to park inside if you arrive by car and seems to be a safe area.
