The super helpful staff assisted - Casa Bella is a lovely little hotel not far from all the action in Antigua. I had been backpacking for months and I was meeting my girlfriend there after time apart...therefore justifying the splurge. Chris looked after us really well, organised a shuttle to Guatemala City, made phone calls for us since we didnt speak spanish and introduced us to his lovely family. The room was brilliant and the bed so comfortable. Fantastic experience
