  Mr. Argiris, the hotel manager/owner was very attentive and willing to help us in everything. They have a shuttle service (not free though, but reasonable) to take you into town, where ever you want to go. He also suggested where to go first.   Great atmosphere, it had nice private rooms with air conditioning to camping grounds. Great pool and bar with lovely staff, shop, restaurant all part of the grounds and right in the centre of Fira...   Hostel was a little quiet. Stayed in the 12 male dorm but only had 2 other guys there so the toilets were fine. If it were full it might be a big queue for the toilet as there is only one shower and one sink. Other than that atmosphere was great.
